Up, down, status quo

So basically...it has been interesting the past little bit for me.
I've been on probation at my job for the past three months.
As of today I moved from probation to full-time salaried. (At least...I assume that means that I'm off probation)
I contused (which means very very very badly bruised) my hip a couple of weeks ago.
I bought a car. A 2006 red Pontiac Vibe. It's really cute. I like it...a lot. And it's not really a station wagon no matter what people say.

But I'm looking for another job. I think I need to get out of logan ...and I don't think that I've been treated entirely fairly at my current job. So anyway.

I'm alive...and kicking. At least. I am at moment.

LOVES!

talk to Shae, she might need an accomplice of some sort in whatever she's doing these days. :P

I would love London...there is no doubt in my mind. I don't think that I am as creative as you though. The communications assistant on the other hand. I could probably do that. Wouldn't that be crazy? I'm probably a little under-qualified. And I know American English and not British...do you think that would be a deterrent?

probably not. british english can be weird in spots... but that's half the charm of going there, you know.
it's worth a shot anyway, i say.

PROBATION?! Isn't that a bad thing? Why, is my question?

As for your hip, I hope you're better. How in the world did you contuse your hip?

As for Shae . . . good luck getting a hold of her. She stands between me and my last paycheck, but she hasn't returned any of my emails/calls.

And she's engaged. Did you guys know that?

actually...it is. Because they didn't think I was doing enough work? I'm not really sure. They are temperamental.

I contused my hip while snowboarding. I caught an edge and then tumbled (gracefully I'm told) I sat up with a bloody nose and so much pain in my hip that I couldn't walk. I then boarded down the mountain, spent the rest of the day in the lodge with the ski patrol, and went to the doctors when I got off the mountain. By the next week I was able to walk and now I don't have any problems with it. My knees and ankles though...that's a different story. Boarding is a little bit hard on a persons body.

this will sound gossipy, i suppose, but shae isn't just engaged anymore, she is married. holy crazy.
