House PIctures

I told my real estate agent yesterday I want to put an offer in. It seems very fast and I haven't looked at too many other houses (like, two others) but this kitchen, made me very happy. There was jumping up and down involved. That says something.

So I'm attaching pictures of the kitchen, the counter tops (did I mention they're granite? that's my favorite part!). These were the selling points to me. The backyard and rooms and garage were also bigger than anything I had seen, or heard about and it was about the same price as these townhouses that were way smaller. So ... I'm buying a house. I feel like an adult now.

wow, congratulations!
does this mean you're going to host sleepovers and reunions and weekend getaways for us all now?

just kidding.

but yeah, good luck with all the financial junk, and enjoy the place. :)

I add my vote to Amelia's "joke" above. I'm so very, very, very, very excited for you! I'm more excited for you than you even know!

Can you believe it's been a year since we've seen each other? Hollie, you used to be the reason I went to class. I miss you! My goal for the summer is to go to Yellowstone, and we might go to Washington to visit the dad-in-law, so if that's on the way to any of those points, I want to see you. Perhaps me and Jay could crash for a night there or something. Or not, since I don't want to be self-inviting.

In my house I plan to have a guest room. Its three bedrooms so I will have the space and anyone is welcome anytime. However, because of work I may not be able to play if you do visit.

Just wait till I get some furniture right now I have a computer desk, a coffee table, and a vanity ... I'm borrowing a bed from my parents until I can furnish the house. Once I do, I want to host a party, if anyone feels like driving to Blackfoot.

the nice thing about jobs is that you get time off sometimes.

so we need to throw a house warming party.

it would be great.

I like this idea. A LOT!
