vacation
I am on vacation this week and I am glad on several levels.
1. I am tired of work and need a vacation.
2. I need to catch up on my sleep because I actually have a social life.
3. It will do my social life some good to step back, evaluate, and come to its senses.
By the way, in case you couldn't guess, I am sorta seeing a guy. My friend at work set me up with his 30 year old son. Our first date was July 3rd, and we have gone out a total of 5 times. I've been invited to Sunday dinner at his parent's house and now to the family reunion.
It seems like its going a little fast for me. Two and a half weeks and now I'm invited to Bear Lake for a week of Meng family fun?

Oh la la! Hollie....I knew you had it in you! Totally just kidding. But it sounds like you are at least having fun. If you are having fun then I would totally go...if not then don't. Good luck with that babe!
Oh Hollie!
That's a really cool that you have a social life, i'm a little jealous! You're gonna have to tell me more about him so I know whether to be creeped out that he thinks you're ready for family vacation time after two weeks.
On the plus side, this will be an excellent way for you to decide if you even want to pursue a relationship at all; family fun brings out the worst in most people.
Just make sure you take lots of books and sun screen. You can always run away to Logan if you want :D
I, for one, cannot pass judgment about moving too fast. (We were calling the temple at this point!) Try not to think too hard about it. That's my advice. Love is anything but logical! I can't help but be excited for you.
No pressure! I'm getting enough of that from his family. You would think they'd want him to take it slow, I mean he's divorced for heavens sake! Didn't they learn the last time? The bonus is his kid likes me. The kid is six and his name is Austin.
