manuals and documentation and the future

creatingpassionateusers is a really great blog that i read all the time, by a tech-writerish type woman, Kathy Sierra.

this recent post is all about documentation and how it should work.

Elsie and those still in school could defintely make use of some of its information when writing silly manuals for Shook or Hailey or whoever. Some of us in the working world might make use of it in writing documentation for the big huge xerox that nobody else quite knows how to operate.
