No news is good news...

I guess no news is good news. I really hope so, since I don't have anything to say. Mostly I just wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive.

Hollie,
Wow, that sucks! I can totally understand/empathize/sympathize with being forced to interact with people who suddenly are becoming family and with whom you have nothing in common. And I hate when late additions force you to change your plans just because of them. I'm sure your pumpkin bars would have been excellent, and I know your chocolate cake turned out great! JeriLynn's advice to just grin and bear it since you don't have to marry her yourself is probably best, but that doesn't make it any easier ;) You can come here or email me any time you need to vent! Maybe one day I'll tell you about the easily-offended, not super-motivated boy that my sister's dating and will probably marry. Other than that, I just wanted to say that I miss you and I miss our talks! Be safe and have a great holiday season!

JeriLynn,
Congratulations to you and Jay and Liesl, that's so exciting. I've driven through Virginia but didn't get to spend much time there. From what I saw, it's beautiful and historical, so you should have lots of fun things to do during your three months there. I don't know if it'll be feasible, but you should try to get to see Historic Williamsburg. It's one of the places I want to see, but my family thinks "nerd vacations" are not fun... so I want to live vicariously through you! I miss seeing you in class all the time!

Elsie, Chelsie, any other -lsies that I know...
I miss you all! Please post soon and let us know what you're up to. I don't check back as often as I'd like to, but I love to see that you're all alive and still posting. :D
